Cancellation & Refund Policy

What is a Refund/Cancellation?

A refund or cancellation is considered when a client experiences:

  • Technical Issues: Inability to access purchased digital content or services due to technical problems on GrowUp BD’s platform.
  • Service Discrepancies: Failure to receive promised resources, deliverables, or consultations as outlined in the service agreement.
  • Incorrect Purchases: Mistakenly purchasing the wrong service, product, or package.
  • Service Cancellation: Cancellation of a consultation, business policy development, or other service before commencement, as per agreed terms.

All requests undergo a verification process.

How to Request a Refund/Cancellation:

  • Refunds or cancellations for digital products (courses, books, resources) are available within 48 hours of purchase unless otherwise stated in specific product terms.
  • Refunds or cancellations for consultation, business policy development, or other services must be requested according to the specific terms outlined in the service agreement.
  • To request a refund or cancellation:
    • Contact GrowUp BD’s Customer Service at 01948637803 or support@growupbd.net.
    • Provide your registered email/phone number and details of the purchase or service.
    • You may be required to complete a form to officially submit your request.
  • Refund/cancellation requests are valid only if made within the specified timeframe and through the designated channels.
  • Specific refund/cancellation policies may apply to individual products or services, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase or agreement.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as a voucher within 7-14 working days of approval, unless otherwise stated.

 

When Refunds/Cancellations Are Not Applicable:

  • Requests made outside the specified timeframe.
  • If digital content has been substantially accessed or downloaded beyond a reasonable preview.
  • If a consultation or service has been completed or substantially performed.
  • For services where cancellation is explicitly prohibited in the service agreement.
  • For physical books that have been damaged by the customer.
  • For career guide services that have been fully provided.
  • For business policy development services where the policy has been delivered.

 

When Refunds/Cancellations Are Applicable:

  • For incorrect purchases, a service or product transfer via voucher may be possible.
    • If the new service or product is more expensive, the client pays the difference.
    • If the new service or product is less expensive, the difference is refunded.
  • If GrowUp BD fails to deliver promised resources, consultations, or services.
  • If a consultation or service is canceled by GrowUp BD.
  • If a client cancels a consultation or service within the timeframe specified in the service agreement.

 

Refund/Cancellation Process:

  • Upon request, access to digital content or services may be temporarily suspended.
  • You will be notified via email or phone if the refund/cancellation is approved within 3 working days.
  • Approved refunds result in the cancellation of the purchase or service, and any related access or deliverables will be revoked.
  • Refunds may take 7-14 working days to process.
  • Confirmation will be sent via email or phone.
  • GrowUp BD reserves the right to modify this policy and apply it on a case-by-case basis.
